Kettlebells are ancient strength and conditioning tools that have been around for more than three centuries. This ancient form of strength and conditioning is at the top of the food chain when it comes to your strength and physical progress.

Kettlebell swings are one of the basic lifts you can perform with this strength training device. The double arm kettlebell swing is an intense strength training exercise that incorporates hundreds of your muscles at once to complete a single movement. This exercise is performed by having to perform a technique in kettlebell training called the hip snap. The hip snap is a movement that involves constantly flexing and extending the hips and knees to generate the momentum needed to swing the bell. This lift only consists of swinging the bell from between the legs to the chest or eye level. This constant back and forth movement will raise your level of perceived exertion faster than running a couple hundred yards!
