Many months ago, when I first decided to sell my house, I checked several websites that promised to buy your house in 3-5-7 or 10 days.

What they don’t tell you is that you won’t get anything close to the appraised value.

That’s not what I was looking for. I wanted to sell my house quickly, legitimately, and for what other houses in my area were worth…not at rock-bottom prices.

I ended up listing my house with a real estate agent where it sat and sat for almost seven months. Yuck!
