1) How many hats do you wear? Take an inventory of everything you do and the activities you participate in. Are you interested in continuing with all these activities? If so, can you reduce the time you spend on these? Are there any that could be abandoned, in favor of new, more valuable and beneficial activities?

2) You must learn to use the word “no.” We often take on more than we can cope with. Sometimes we feel that it is easier to accept an assignment or task than to say no. Try to find out why he keeps accepting more. You may want recognition, or you may feel guilty or inadequate if you refused to do something.

7) Go on a television diet. Television consumes a lot of our precious time, which we could be using much more productively.
