Shaun White Snowboarding Road Trip and the Wii Fit Balance Board make an amazing combination and really make this game fun and exciting. Wii Fit’s use of balance adds another dimension to this game as you shift your weight back and forth and left and right on the board, you can almost imagine yourself going down a groomed trail on a snowboard. It always amazes me that gamers can sit back in their capes and fiddle with their thumbs on their controllers while playing games on XBox, PS2 and PS3. . This game did not get the most favorable reviews on these systems. Gamespot gave it a 5.0 on the PS3. They gave Shaun White Snowboard Road Trip a version 5.0 on XBox. Gamespot gave the Wii version a 7.5.

The Nintendo Wii has come a long way in the two years since its release in 2006. I remember sitting down with family and friends complaining about the lack of games available for the Wii when it first came out. There are so many new and exciting games being released by third-party developers on a regular basis, which is absolutely mind-boggling. Some are garbage. There are average games. Nintendo released one of the most successful games in May 2008 – Wii Fit (there is still a shortage of this game). This game used one of the most responsive and intuitive game controllers: the Wii Fit Balance Board available for the Nintendo Wii. The first game other than Wii Fit to use the Balance Board was Wii Ski. a fun game to play on the balance board. It’s really nice but it’s a bit limited as you can only move your weight from left to right.

At this time, Shaun White Snowboarding Road Trip is the only game other than Wii Fit that has fully utilized the Wii Fit balance board. There are four sensitive quadrants that are used to shift your weight on the balance board while snowboarding. Giving you the feeling that he is going down the scenic trails, shifting his weight from left to right or forward or even backward.

You can shift your weight on the balance board and use the remote control to do snowboard tricks. This game is one of the most interactive games any company has ever released for the Nintendo Wii. While playing this game, you will not notice the parts of your body that are being exercised, but in the morning you will notice tension in your thighs and abdominal muscles.

At the beginning of the game, you will choose your snowboarder and your videographer and start your snowboarding expedition in beautiful mountain resorts in Canada. You can tour Alaska, Europe and Japan.

The graphics in this game aren’t that bad, but Wii doesn’t compare to Xbox or PS3 when it comes to graphics. The Nintendo Wii excels at player interaction, therefore the Wii gamer is more forgiving when it comes to lower quality graphics.
